SHIPPING & RETURNS

All shipments are sent out within 48 hours of order by the United States Postal Service. If you happen to order on the weekend, orders will be fulfilled within 48 of the next business day. We only ship to locations in the continental United States. Regular shipping takes 5-7 business days.

Our product is not shipped refrigerated and doesn’t require refrigeration until after opening. Columbus’ promise to you is that we will ship a great, quality product to you. However, once our product leaves our hands, we cannot accept responsibility for products damaged or delayed in transit. As well, we cannot replace or refund orders that were shipped, delayed, spoiled or returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address. If you have a problem with our products within 30 days of purchase online – please let us know. We’ll do what we can to assist you. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
