We’re bringing both of our delicious Genoa and Prosciutto Paninos to you in one premium, easy to entertain package. Perfect for get-togethers and entertaining.

6CT Paninos

GENOA:
Our Genoa is made with finely chopped, extra-lean pork. Then we add garlic, cracked black pepper, and wine, after which it’s slow-aged—giving it the aromatic mildness and soft texture it’s famous for. Rolled with a Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, it’s perfect for a snack.

PROSCIUTTO:
We take the simplest ingredients that make a fresh, high quality prosciutto – sea salt and hand trimmed pork – and wrap them with a fresh Mozzarella cheese for a savory, delicious bite.

PEPPERONI:
Our Pepperoni is made with select cuts of pork and a proprietary paprika spice blend, dry cured, and slow aged to bring out an amazing flavor profile that is further enhanced with mozzarella cheese.
