  1. Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. Lightly spray 12 cups of a mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Fit 1 wonton wrapper into each cup, folding sides as needed. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool in pan.

  3. Fill cups with guacamole and top with sliced chorizo. Garnish with jalapeño slices, cilantro and lime slices, as desired.
