    goat cheese

  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. On unbuttered side of 1 bread slice, layer cheese and prosciutto slices; top with remaining bread slice, butter-side-out.

  2. On griddle or in large skillet, cook sandwich until browned on both sides and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
