(6-inch) rectangular piece focaccia
- 2 tablespoons
thin slices COLUMBUS® Prosciutto
thin slices pecorino cheese
- 1/4 cups
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Split focaccia in half. Spread cut sides with aioli. Layer prosciutto, cheese, tomato and arugula on bottom half. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with top half of focaccia.
