    (6-inch) rectangular piece focaccia

  • 2 tablespoons

    truffle aioli

  • 4

    thin slices COLUMBUS® Prosciutto

  • 2

    thin slices pecorino cheese

  • 2

    tomato slices

  • 1/4 cups

    arugula leaves

  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Split focaccia in half. Spread cut sides with aioli. Layer prosciutto, cheese, tomato and arugula on bottom half. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with top half of focaccia.
