    large heirloom tomatoes, cut into wedges

  • 1

    ripe peach, pitted and cut into wedges

  • 8 ounces

    burrata cheese, divided into bite-sized pieces

  • 1

    (3-ounce) package COLUMBUS® Prosciutto, torn into strips

  • 1 tablespoon

    olive oil

  • Flaked salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon

    fresh oregano leaves

  • Fresh basil leaves, as desired


  1. On serving plate, arrange tomatoes and peaches and cheese. Tuck in prosciutto pieces.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with oregano and basil leaves.
