Ingredients
- 1 cup
whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon
honey
- 1 tablespoon
chopped fresh sage
- 2 teaspoons
olive oil, divided
- 1 teaspoon
lemon juice

Flaked salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- 4
slices crusty bread, toasted
- 1
(3-ounce) package COLUMBUS® Prosciutto
- 1/2 cups
sour cherry jam
Directions
In small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, honey, sage, 1 teaspoon olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread toasts with ricotta mixture. Arrange prosciutto slices on top. Top with jam. Finish with a drizzle of remaining olive oil and additional salt and pepper.
