Prosciutto Ricotta Toast with Sour Cherry Jam

  • 1 cup

    whole milk ricotta cheese

  • 1 tablespoon


  • 1 tablespoon

    chopped fresh sage

  • 2 teaspoons

    olive oil, divided

  • 1 teaspoon

    lemon juice

  • Flaked salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

    slices crusty bread, toasted

    (3-ounce) package COLUMBUS® Prosciutto

  • 1/2 cups

    sour cherry jam


  1. In small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, honey, sage, 1 teaspoon olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Spread toasts with ricotta mixture. Arrange prosciutto slices on top. Top with jam. Finish with a drizzle of remaining olive oil and additional salt and pepper.
