  • 1/3 pound COLUMBUS® Genoa Salami, thinly sliced
  • 6 ounce mango habanero chèvre, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • Fresh pineapple
  • 6 small dark chocolate and coconut candy bars, cut into bite-sized pieces

Piña Colada

Servings: 1

  • 2 ounces light rum
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce cream of coconut
  • 1/4 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  1. In blender cup, place all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Serve in a glass rimmed with chile lime seasoning blend, garnished with pineapple wedge and cherry.

 

Piña Colada Mocktail

Servings: 1

  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce cream of coconut
  • 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  1. In blender cup, place all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in a glass rimmed with chile lime seasoning blend, garnished with pineapple wedge and cherry.
